Hollywood has DC Comics and Marvel Comics fighting for the top spot all the time and we keep watching them and applauding them for having such fantastic superheroes.
I thought let’s make something out of our small yet thriving comic industry, my way of bringing them to light by creating a content that gives awesome superheroes of our comic industry a heads-up.
So here are the 7 superheroes that I feel are worth being featured in a movie out of the many we have.
1 Chacha Chaudhary
Everybody in town knows that whenever Chacha Chaudhary goes out with his family, he never locks the door of his house; but nobody has been successful in robbing his house. However, in certain stories, Chachi (his wife) has been seen locking the house. Sometimes his head or nose itches when any trouble is going to happen.
During the time of his youth, Chacha Chaudhary was a professional boxer who was undefeated because of his unique strategy and punching skills.
Chacha Chaudhary was created in 1971 for the Hindi magazine ‘Lotpot’. It soon became popular among kids and the elderly alike.
Powers: Extremely intelligent
Siblings: Chhajju Chaudhary
Spouse: Bini Chachi
Foes: Dhamaka Singh, Raakaa, Gobar Singh
2 Inspector Steel
Hollywood has Ironman and Robocop India has its own Inspector Steel!!
Published by Raj Comics and created by Naresh Kumar, Lalit Sing and Pradeep Sherawat.
He is a heavily armoured cyborg who cannot be harmed by simple weapons. He has x-ray vision, a fully automatic bullet and rocket firing Megagun, scanners and many digital pieces of equipment such as a lie detector machine, fax etc. built in. Normal bullets and bombs cannot harm him. His body is completely resistive to any outside interference.
Inspector steel was created out of Inspector Amar after he lost his major body parts to an accident. His friend, Professor Anees, was the one who performed this operation. Inspector Steel is composed of armour plating, ICs, chips, various weapon systems, and electronic wizardry. The only human part of him is his brain, which is wired to the rest of the systems.
He fights crime with a heavy support from Professor Anees and Inspector Salma on his side.
3 Super Commando Dhruva
Super Commando Dhruva operates in the fictional Indian city of Rajnagar. He is the founder of a fictional government-approved crime fighter organization ‘Commando Force’. The character's appearance is distinctive and iconic: a yellow and sky-blue costume, brown boots and a utility belt with a star-shaped buckle. The star has almost become a trademark of the character. The most unusual thing about Dhruva is that, unlike most other superheroes, he doesn't have an alter ego and doesn't hide his identity behind a mask. Another unique thing about him is that he doesn't possess any superpowers; but he makes up for that with his intellect, detective skills, ability to talk to almost every kind of animals, scientific knowledge, martial art and acrobatic skills, an unparalleled willpower and a determination to eliminate evil from this world.
Dhruva became a very popular character soon after he was introduced. He is one of Raj Comics' most successful characters. Over the years, Dhruva has acquired an iconic status in the Indian comic book superhero genre. Fans have often raised the demand to convert Dhruva into a Bollywood movie character.
Thus, Super Commando Dhruva was born: a normal adult with no supernatural power but a strong determination and will to fight against the odds much along the lines of Batman of DC Comics. Most fans feel that Dhruva's character is a mix of Batman and Robin. On one hand, his crime-fighting style is very similar to that of Batman's and, on the other hand, his origin resembles to that of Robin's. In spite of these similarities, there are a lot of differences as well, most notably being the fact that Dhruva doesn't have an alter ego.
When questioned about the comparisons between characters of the Raj Comics universe and DC/Marvel universe at the 2012 Indian Comic Con Festival, Sanjay Gupta replied, "We had to devise a character from our own imagination that didn't have anything to do with them (Superman and Batman). Because if we had kept in mind how powerful Superman and Batman are... We would've reacted to it and somehow allowed that to play a part in our creative process. Our first goal was to make a total Indian character. We didn't want to copy. That wasn't going on in our heads. But we were definitely inspired by them. We are still inspired by them. Even today we don’t copy... We are inspired by them. After all, everything has an origin."
Let’s give an applause for India’s most famous female hero, India’s mix of Thor and wonder woman Shakti!!
The Goddess Kali uses Chanda's body to transform into Shakti, to deliver justice. Chanda killed her husband in the form of Shakti. Chanda keeps herself busy in the hospital and social works. She has a third eye which is the sign of the Goddess Kali but keeps it covered with a headband which she pretends to use to cure her permanent migraine. She is similar to Thor from Marvel comics, who lived as the mortal doctor Donald Blake for a time.
She can sense any woman's cry and pain in the world and can turn into light and travel at the speed of light. The incredible amount of energy in her, when released, melts all metals and instantly moulds it into shapes and designs as projected by Shakti's mind. When she opens her third eye, situated on her forehead, in anger, it beams infernos to burn down the cause of her rage. She is physically the strongest character in the Raj comics universe. She could even carry an aeroplane with ease and can travel with it at the speed of light. In TRIKALA comic she did time travel to go to the past with her super speed. She also has superhuman strength and endurance.

Vinay saw a group of criminals kill his classmate when he was in high school. He vowed to revenge her death. He found the murder weapon, a revolver, and discovered that the killer was the head of police himself. To protect himself from the law, the head of police attempted to recover the revolver and tried to kill Vinay to accomplish this. Vinay was rescued by his maternal Uncle, Prof. K.K. Verma, and was brought to his lab. The monster Buffalo attacked them there and Prof. K.K. Verma revealed to Vinay that he had made a costume that could give him superpowers. Vinay put on the costume and became the Wonderman Parmanu. After a long struggle, Vinay succeeded in killing Buffalo. Thereafter, he avenged his classmate by killing the head of police.
Vinay's parents, along with most of his family, were killed during the hunt for the criminal. His brother, Vijay, and his uncle, Prof K.K. Verma, were the only surviving members of his family. The first comic of the series shows that Vijay helped the gangsters, and in this situation, he had to kill his own brother.
