Pla Samrot Gung – Tiger Prawns coated in a Spicy Thai Sauce while being garnished with dehydrated slices of Pineapple, all of which is served on a bed of Pea Sauce. Okay, starting off, I'm allergic to prawn, so I didn't have more than a couple of bites, thus my review of the dish shall be read keeping that in mind. The Prawn was crunchy to begin with, the flavour was on point, mostly in the spicy category though not being quite harsh. The flavour was definitely sharp that hits you the moment you take a bite, which accompanied with the dry pineapple slice adds a nice dynamic to it. The dish, overall, is a lot crunchy and chewy and if that's a thing for you, you should definitely have this.
