They say that every picture tells a story, but sometimes it takes a clever combination of words and pictures to tell a story quickly, concisely and in an entertaining fashion. We sometimes use infographics for this purpose. Infographics are a visually compelling communication medium that done well can communicate complex data in a visual format that is potentially viral. 

Charts and diagrams are usually used to present serious facts and information, but there’s no reason that they can’t be used for humorous content, too. The folks over on the world wide web have created amusing infographics to engage their audience. It had worked for them as these humourous content formats are very simple, highly relatable and will surely give you the giggles. 

What can you do?

Try creating witty infographics by covering everything from the content of Pitbull’s songs to uses for Google and others, as these are both funny and surprisingly relevant!

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to designing infographics. Make sure that the idea is represented clearly and the information is not cramped up.
