I want to say welcome to my fitness progress post but actually welcome to another #truthbombmon

Sidenote: These are not months apart but actually seconds apart, same day, same human and no photoshop done. ‘No heels’ one is my normal ass bombshell legs. My legs knew self love even before I did. They’re constantly touching and kissing each other and always sticking together no matter what!(THAT’S COMMITMENT!) But for the purpose of picture I got my heels out where naturally till about my mid thigh my thighs won’t touch.

But when them ‘heels’ come on automatically my legs get longer. So now I look taller and my frame looks a little bit smaller.

But in the ‘heels with butt arched” BOOM SHAKALAKA I have a thigh gap. I’m now taller and skinner.

Boom without the photoshop. Just angles, lighting, makeup, sides, filter and small posture changes can make HUGE ASS DIFFERENCE even without photoshop.

This is my reminder to you. I know it’s difficult, but please don’t compare yourself to that person you see on Instagram. Everyone (especially on social media) lives under a veil, projects their best self while we compare our normal selves to their highlighted reels. And we tend to feel low or get bothered by this because WE DON’T LOOK LIKE THAT!

Muffins, can I just take this moment to tell y’all how phenomenally breathtaking YOU are. Your brains, your personality, your soul, your essence, your kindness, your humility, YOUR LOVE make you YOU also.

You are SOOOOOOO much more than your body. And even in the body you occupy you are gorgeous! That’s all. I’m done. Rant over. I love you. 💙
